What do you get?
In our studio we have two rooms specifically assigned for group classes. On the ground floor is the Black Box for our High intensity interval classes and on the first floor we have the White Room for low impact classes like yoga, Body Balance and pilates.
Once you've visited our studio you will feel the difference in energy between the two and you'll most likely see how the Black Box and the White Room, as two opposites, make a whole.
TEAMBEATS™ by Technogym
TEAMBEATS™ combines variety, efficiency and fun in a single workout that is unlike any other group fitness experience. As a members you can improve fitness, lose weight and maximise performance by working out to the beat of music tracks.
Train on the beatParticipants perform the class/circuit following the heart rate target set by the trainer as well as they can. They train to the beat of music tracks, monitoring their avatar and the timer displayed on the large screen to optimise effort, work and rest periods.
Polar Verity Sense Wristband
To make TEAMBEATS™ possible all members get a personally assigned Polar Verity Sense with the value of €89,90.
This is an optical heart rate monitor that provides you with maximum freedom of movement and multiple options for viewing and recording your workouts.
InBody 570
As Amafitness we believe that fitness and science go hand in hand; We included this in our memberships because we believe that our clients can only achieve the best results with proper process tracking. Therefore we chose to invest in the InBody 570; this machine goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Our members have the opportunity to get a 4-weekly InBody scan to keep track of their progress and adjust training accordingly to achieve their personal (fitness) goals. 1 year subscription and will be automatically extended every month after the first year and can also be terminated via email with 1 calender month notice after the first year.

Subscription for 6 months and will be automatically extended every month after 6 months and can also be terminated via email with 1 calender month notice after that.
Bronze

Flexible contact that can be be terminated via email after the first month with a notice of 1 calender month .

1 year subscription for you AND your partner and will be automatically extended every month after the first year and can also be terminated via email with 1 calender month notice after the first year.

Providing personal attention and service is one of the main objectives in our company. We only select employees that have our members best interest at heart. Because in our mind high quality service can only exist with genuine interaction, and personal attention and is essential for creating the community we want tot create as Amafitness.
Meaning that our members can count on instructors and reception staff with experience and specialised training to provide them with the personal attention they need.

As Amafitness we take hygiene very serious. We provide our members with the service of freshly washed towels to use during their work out. Pick up a towel at the reception before you start the class and leave it in the laundry basket once you're done.
